We offer same-day visits across Dubai, subject to availability. Call or WhatsApp early in the day for the best chance of a same-day visit; otherwise we arrange the earliest time the next day.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the fault and any parts needed. The technician diagnoses the appliance first and agrees a fixed price with you before any work starts. Diagnosis is free if you go ahead with the repair.
Can I get a price before the visit?
Yes. Send a photo of the appliance, the model sticker and a short video of the fault on WhatsApp, and we will reply with an estimate.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every repair comes with a written warranty of up to 1 year, depending on the appliance and the part replaced. If the same fault returns during the warranty, we come back free of charge.
What if the appliance cannot be repaired?
No fix, no fee – you won't pay for a repair we couldn't complete. We will also tell you honestly whether repairing or replacing makes more sense.
Do you use original spare parts?
We use original manufacturer parts or high-grade OEM equivalents, and we always tell you which one before fitting it.
Which brands do you repair?
All major brands sold in the UAE, including Samsung, LG, Bosch, Siemens, Whirlpool, Electrolux, Ariston, Beko, Hisense, Haier, Midea, Miele, Super General, Nikai and Aftron – plus all local brands.
How do I pay?
